Within Calendar Settings, you will be able to change on which day the week starts and in which month your fiscal year begins. This will affect the Date Picker.
For example, after changing the Week Start Day to Wednesday, when you click on the 1W button in the Date Picker you would see a date range of one week starting from the previous Wednesday.
Similarly, after changing the Fiscal Year Start Month to March, when you click on the 1Q button you would see a date range of one quarter starting in either March, June, September, or December, depending on what day it is.
Navigate to Calendar Settings
Go to Manage Organization. Click on the Calendar Settings tab.
