Alembic allows users to edit their personal info and account settings, turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA), and manage their sessions through the Profile & Settings screen.
Navigate to Profile & Settings
Open the user dropdown by clicking the down arrow in the top right corner of the page.
Select Profile & Settings.
Profile & Settings
Profile & Settings has four tabs:
Personal Info
In this tab, you can:
Add a Profile Picture
1. Click on the Upload Profile Picture button.
2. Click on Choose a file to bring up a file browser.
3. Navigate to the image that you want to upload and select it.
4. The viewable area can be resized by grabbing the edge of the white circle and moving your mouse.
5. Once you've resized your image, click on Crop Profile Picture. You will see a green confirmation banner in the top right-hand corner of the screen indicating that your profile picture has been changed.
Update Your First Name, Last Name, Company / Project Name, Mobile Phone, Title, or Bio
1. Click into the relevant box to edit.
2. Click Update Profile to save.
Account Settings
In this tab, you can:
Set Your Local Time Zone
1. Click into the Time Zone dropdown and select the your local time zone from the list provided.
2. Click Update Profile to save.
Security
In this tab, you can set up MFA for your account.
Sessions
In this tab, you will see Where you're signed in, including the device, browser, and geo (Device) and when (Last Seen).
You can Sign Out of any sessions directly in this screen from the Action column. If you see suspicious activity, you can change your password and force sign-out of all sessions at once.
