Navigate to Multi-Factor Authentication
Go to Manage Organization. Click on the Multi-Factor Authentication tab.
Turn on MFA Enforcement
By default, MFA will be turned off. To turn on MFA Enforcement, click the On radio button and then click Save.
With MFA Enforcement turned on, users will now have a few days to enable MFA on their personal accounts, otherwise they will not be able to log in.
You can set the length of the grace period that your users have to enable MFA by setting the value for the New User Enrollment Period. By default, this is set to 7 days.
You can also Allow users to trust devices for 30 days, rather than requiring them to provide an MFA passcode at each login attempt, by checking the box under Frequency.
To turn on MFA Enforcement starting on a particular date, click the On from radio button and select the date you want MFA Enforcement to begin. Then click Save.
Turn off MFA Enforcement
To turn off MFA Enforcement, click on the Off radio button and then click Save. Now when users log in, they will only need to provide their username and password; they will not be asked to provide a one-time passcode as a part of MFA.
