Account Resurgence (Side Drawer)

The Account Resurgence Side Drawer opens when you click on an Account Resurgence event in the Observe dashboard. An Account Resurgence occurs when multiple dormant social posts get renewed interest at the same time, as detected by a spike in impressions or engagement.

 

Event Details

Within this drawer, you will see:

  • The social media account experiencing the resurgence
  • Any associated annotations
  • The first date of the event (Detection Start)
  • The last date of the event (Detection End)

The bar graph plots the daily value of the metric included in the event. You can filter the graph by the:

  • 3 days surrounding the event on either side (+/- 3D)
  • 7 days surrounding the event on either side (+/- 7D)
  • 30 days surrounding the event on either side (+/- 30D)

The Other events in the last year table lists each time the same event type occurred in the last year, including fields for:

  • Event Date
  • Peak value of the Metric included in the event
