If an account becomes unlinked, all data collection stops until the account is relinked. Whether Alembic can recover the missing data depends on the type of account.
- Social media: Time series data is recorded from the time of linking, onwards. When the account is relinked, Alembic will automatically backfill the missing historical posts and lifetime data, but no time series data will be available for the unlinked period.
- Other: Time series data is recorded historically. When the account is relinked, Alembic will automatically backfill the missing time series data.
If one or more of your accounts becomes unlinked, you will receive a notification with a link to relink your accounts. If this happens, Alembic Support will contact you to assist.
