(e.g., How do I see only Facebook data in a report?)
Navigate to Channel Selector
Within a report that includes it, open the Channel Selector by clicking into it or selecting the down arrow on the right-hand side.
Filtering by Channel
Social Media, Web & Apps, and Organization Tree
The channels included in the report will have a checkmark in the box to the left of the linked account. To exclude a channel from the report, remove the checkmark by clicking on it. Conversely, to include a channel in the report, click on the empty box so a checkmark appears. The graphs will update in real time.
To start with a blank report, you can remove all channels from the report by clicking on the × next to the down arrow in the Channel Selector. You can then add a channel by clicking on the empty box next to it. If you can’t find the channel you’re looking for at first glance, you can type directly into the Channel Selector to narrow down the list of options.
Filtering by Report
3rd Party Media (Premium Feature)
To select a group of reports to filter by, click on the row or checkbox next to the group you’d like to see data for (be sure to avoid clicking the edit icon next to the group’s name). If you already have another group selected, this will deselect it, as group selection is mutually exclusive.
Note: The Default Group will be auto-selected every time you enter 3rd Party Media.
To select a single report to filter by, click on the row or checkbox next to the report you’d like to see data for. Reports, unlike groups, are multi-select, so selecting a report when you have a group selected will not deselect the group.
To deselect a group or report, click on the row or checkbox next to it (for groups, be sure to avoid clicking the edit icon next to the group’s name).
To deselect all items, click on the × icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Channel Selector next to the down arrow.
Click out of the Channel Selector to finalize your selection and update the graphs accordingly.
Note: Selecting additional reports to filter by while you already have a group selected, or deselecting items included in the group, does not update the group’s structure. To do that, see how to group 3rd Party Media reports.
