Navigate to Channel Selector in 3rd Party Media
Within 3rd Party Media, open the Channel Selector by clicking into it or selecting the down arrow on the right-hand side.
Creating a Group
To create a group, deselect the Default Group, select two or more reports and click on the + Create Group button at the bottom of the Channel Selector. This will open the Create New Group of Reports modal.
Type a name for your group in the Group Name text field. If you would like to further change your group’s composition before saving, use the dropdown to Add Additional Reports or remove a report from Reports To Be Grouped by hovering over it and clicking on the × icon. Once satisfied, click Create.
Note: Your Default Group is automatically created for you when you create your first 3rd Party Media report, and is auto-populated by the first report of each type that you create (TV/Radio, Podcast, and Web). Once created, it can be edited, but it cannot be renamed or deleted.
Editing a Group
To edit a group’s structure, first select the group you’d like to update. You will see the reports that make up the group automatically checked in the Reports section.
- To add a report, select an additional report from the list and click on the + Update Group button at the bottom of the Channel Selector.
- To remove a report, deselect a report from the list and click on the + Update Group button at the bottom of the Channel Selector.
This will open the Edit Group of Reports modal. You can also enter this modal directly by clicking on the edit icon next to a group’s name.
Confirm changes. If you would like to further change your group’s composition before saving, use the dropdown to Add Additional Reports or remove a report from Reports To Be Grouped by hovering over it and clicking on the × icon. Once satisfied, click Update.
Deleting a Group
To delete a group, click on the edit icon next to the group’s name to open the Edit Group of Reports modal. Then click Delete.
