Note: Competitive Intelligence reports are specific to a container; they are not shared across multiple containers. If you have multiple containers, make sure you are in the container where you want your Competitive Intelligence report.
In a Competitive Intelligence report, you are able to compare up to six 3rd Party Media Web reports. Before you can create a new Competitive Intelligence report, you must first have created at least two 3rd Party Media Web reports.
Navigate to Create Competitive Intelligence Report
To view Create Competitive Intelligence Report, navigate to the Report page by clicking Validate in the navigation bar.
Click on the Competitive Intelligence card, as shown below.
Click the Create New Report button located in the top right-hand corner of the page, as shown below.
Creating a Competitive Intelligence Report
You will see the Create Competitive Intelligence Report popup, as shown below.
In the Primary Report dropdown box, select the 3rd Party Media Web report that you want to use as the basis for the Competitive Intelligence report.
In the 3rd Party Media Reports dropdown box, select the 3rd Party Media Web report that you would like to compare against the primary report. You can select up to six 3rd Party Media Web reports to compare. Often, people will select their brand as the Primary Report and competitors as the 3rd Party Media Reports to use for comparison.
In the Competitive Intelligence Report Name field, enter a name for the report. When you have completed your selections, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen. Your Competitive Intelligence report will appear on the Competitive Intelligence Reports page under the Active tab.
