Competitive Intelligence Reports Page
You can manage your Competitive Intelligence reports on the Competitive Intelligence Reports page, which you can access by 1) exiting a Competitive Intelligence report, 2) clicking on Manage Reports in the Competitive Intelligence report header, or 3) re-entering Competitive Intelligence from the Reports screen.
You will see two tabs: Active and Archived.
Active Tab
The Active tab lists all active reports you have created within this container. You will see the following information for each report:
- Report Name: This is the name of the report.
- Earned to Owned Reports: This is the total number of reports selected for comparison in the Competitive Intelligence report.
-
Actions: Clicking on this menu reveals the following options:
- Edit & Save as New: This creates a new report using the existing report's composition as the starting point. The existing report remains as initially created.
- Archive: A report cannot be deleted from the Active tab, but it can be archived, which removes it from the Active tab.
-
Make Default: The report will be the top report in this container and will be denoted with a yellow star.
- Note: The first report you create will be auto-assigned as the default.
Archived Tab
The Archived tab lists all reports that have been archived within this container. To unarchive a report, click on the Actions menu for that report and select Unarchive. This will return the report to the Active tab.
Only archived reports can be deleted. To delete an archived report, click on the Actions menu for that report and select Delete. The report will be removed from the Alembic platform and cannot be recovered. If the report is needed again, it will need to be recreated.
