Understanding your Overview: Lead Generated Opportunities Dashboard
The Lead Generated Opportunities Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the opportunities that have been created from your lead generation efforts. This dashboard is designed to help you analyze the performance of various lead sources, campaigns, industries, and other categories to understand what drives the most valuable business opportunities.
Key Features and Functionality
This Overview dashboard is composed of three main sections: Filters, Lead Generated Opportunities, and a detailed Top Lead Generated Opportunities table.
1. Dashboard Filters
At the top of the dashboard, you will find several filters that allow you to refine the data displayed.
- Account(s): Use this filter to view data for a specific account.
- Category: This dropdown allows you to select from various predefined categories to narrow your focus.
- Lead vs Non-Lead Gen: This allows you to toggle between opportunities generated from leads and those from other sources. The dashboard defaults to showing "Lead Generated" data.
-
Dates: Select a specific date range to analyze performance over a particular period. You can choose from presets like
1M(one month),1Q(one quarter), or1Y(one year), rolling date selectors, or define a custom range.
2. Lead Generated Opportunities
Directly below the filters is Lead Generated Opportunities, the total dollar value of all opportunities. This gives you an immediate, high-level understanding of the pipeline value generated from your leads.
3. Top Lead Generated Opportunities Table
This table provides a detailed breakdown of the opportunities that make up the summary total. It is designed to help you pinpoint your most successful efforts.
