Preparing Your Google Play Console Account for Integration with Alembic

Add Developer Account User

2. Navigate to Users and permissions.

3. Click the Invite new users button.

4. Enter alembic@alembic-355500.iam.gserviceaccount.com for the Email, and make sure Access expiry is unchecked.

5. In the Account permissions tab, select:

View app information and download bulk reports
View financial data

6. Click Invite user.

Find Your Google Cloud Storage URI

1. In the Google Play Console, go to Download reports > Reviews.

2. Click the Copy Cloud Storage URI button to note down the Cloud Storage URI (it begins with pubsite_prod_rev).

3. Navigate to Account details and note down the Developer Name and Developer ID.

Navigate to Link Accounts

Open the user dropdown by clicking the down arrow in the top right corner of the page.

Select Link Accounts.

Connecting Google Play Console to Alembic

Before linking your accounts to Alembic, be sure to have the correct settings in place. See the Requirements section below for more information.

1. Click Connect Google Play Console.

2. Fill out the form using your credentials from Preparing your Google Play Console Account for Integration with Alembic.

3. Click Save Credentials. This will return you to the Link Accounts page where you will see a new Google Play Console entry.

4. Enable the account by clicking the Disabled button to the right and hitting Enable.

Requirements

Please make sure you have the following required settings in place before linking to Alembic. Need help? See the External Resources section below for more information.

You must have an Admin account or higher in Google Play Console.

Limitations

At the time of linking, Alembic instantly backfills 2 years' worth of historical Google Play Console data.

Time series data is recorded historically. If an account becomes unlinked, all data collection stops until the account is relinked. When the account is relinked, Alembic will automatically backfill the missing time series data.
